CRC 871 Final Symposium

The Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) 871 "Regeneration of Complex Capital Goods" has been researching the scientific basis of product regeneration since 2010. Through 12 years of intensive research and interdisciplinary cooperation, methods for imaging component diagnosis have been researched, new disassembly and repair procedures developed and methods for evaluating the functional performance of regenerated components, entire capital goods and the underlying processes have been established. These results and their scientific background will now be presented at a final symposium.

This will take place on 31st of March and and 01st of April 2022 as a hybrid event at the Maschinenbau Campus (CMG) in Garbsen as well as a web conference. This means we can offer the opportunity to actively participate in all lectures, demonstrations and discussions not only on site, but also remotely in digital form.

We are in constant exchange with the responsible health authorities and committees of the university to adapt our hygiene concept to the current developments of the Covid-19 pandemic and to ensure the highest possible safety for your health. Although we hope to be able to welcome you on site in Garbsen in March and April, at this point in time we can, however, anticipate that, for the aforementioned reasons, attendance will have to be limited.

We will inform you as early as possible about changing conditions as well as the possibility of participating personally.
